I've found out that the standard library for DHT sensors doesn't work well with ESP2688 due to hardware and software watchdogs. The problem is in the prohibited interrupts in standard DHT library. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer to take values from DHT but ESP have another opinion about that.
The problem is solved (I hope) with help of alternative library by PietteTech_DHT. Continue testing and will assemple the final product.
